Rotten boundary joist on load bearing wall!

During a recent renovation on Taupo View Road we discovered an extremely rotten boundary joist holding up a load bearing wall.

This created a bit of stress but was cut out and replaced within a few hours of discovering it so even though it was not ideal it didn't end up slowing us down too much!
